Hollybrook submitted a motion to obtain a building permit for development of a new housing scheme. The residential buildings would be erected close to Silesia City Center.
The new estate will consist of five buildings: two eight-storey and three six-storey, to be built on a 1 ha plot situated in the junction of Ściegiennego and Słoneczna streets. The facilities are scheduled to be delivered in two stages. The developer does not disclose any specific date when the construction work would be commenced as the administrative proceedings are in progress.
„Currently we are waiting for the decision of the City Hall. We would like to raise the two eight-storey buildings within the first stage and the remaining three housing facilities in the second stage. There will be approximately 200 apartments for sale in total. We will be able to tell more about the undertaking when the building permit is issued” – said Zbigniew Szczerba, representative of the Hollybrook’s Polish branch.
Apart from the construction plot on Ściegiennego St., Hollybrook also owns a parcel of land on Sokolska St. located between the angelo Hotel and the „ING Bank Śląski” headquarters. The investor planned there to erect an office scheme a few years ago, however the project is still on hold.
