Vienna opened, Warimpex announced

Following the opening of the new angelo hotel in Katowice for the first hotel guests in early March, real estate developers Warimpex and UBM and hotel management firm Vienna International have officially celebrated its opening in Katowice yesterday. The hotel offers a total of 203 rooms and eight conference rooms and is specially tailored to the needs of the many business travellers in the region.

Globe Trade Center S.A., a developer of Francuska Office Center, has signed a first lease agreement with Nordea Bank Polska S.A. Nordea, which is part of the largest Scandinavian financial group, will occupy 500 sq. m. of space in the 11 000 sq. m “A” building located at 34 Francuska St.

As last fit-out works are almost done and an occupancy permit will be given in a few weeks, the building’s spaces are going to be delivered to tenants before the end of May.

IBM advises Katowice to become Smart City

Car park for cultural district
