Polish-Spanish consortium will refurbish “Spodek”

The Municipal Sport and Recreation Center (MOSiR) in Katowice decided a tender for a refurbishment of the “Spodek” arena’s elevation. A consortium of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. and Estudio Lamela S.L.P. from Spain was chosen from among three offers filed to tender for the contract. A total cost of the investment is PLN 24,5 million.

The works will include, among others, a site preparation, removal of asbestos, design and montage of new elevation

Ligota Park enters final straight

Ligota Park, the housing estate in the Ligota district is almost done and the last two buildings should be delivered by the end of this year. Most of fit-out works are finished including inside walls plastering and underground garages interiors. Currently, workers are installing elements of balconies. The Ligota Park’s offer is 54% sold. Apartments are still available in the buildings from 2 to 8. Premises in the building number 1 are fully sold out.
