Third stage of Oak Terraces

The selling office of Oak Terraces (“Dębowe Tarasy”) has announced an advance sale of apartments within the third stage of the project. Reservation can be only made by the end of March – the official sale will be launched afterwards according to the selling agents.

The third stage of this residential scheme will consist of a 11-storey building with 218 apartments and two smaller, five-storey housing facilities offering together 100 apartments.

Rockwell Automation expands Katowice plant

Rockwell Automation, a global provider of industrial automation, power, control and information solutions, is going to extend its multi-functional plant located at 49 Roździeńskiego St.

According to the wnp.pl portal, the U.S. company will develop the existing 7 700 sq. meters production facility by additional 4 300 sq. meters. Rockwell will also erect a 1 100 sq. meters building for office and welfare purposes.

Hand-made art at Szewczyka Square

After long design works based on computer models, selection of a proper mix of concrete, tests on type of wood strips and preparation of a hand-made formwork, the first of sixteen cup-shaped pillars is almost done. The last step is to finish a reinforcement of the top coat of the pillar and to cover it by the concrete.

For the last several days, high-skilled carpenters were joining small pieces of the wood strips manually to get a perfect form of the “umbrella’s” top coat.

Francuska Park cancelled

Francuska Park Sp. z o.o., a company had been established to execute a housing scheme on Francuska St., abandoned the project in spite of an advanced level of the preparation phase. The firm does not give a reason for the decision.

“The board of management decided not to continue the investment of Francuska Park. We consider to sell the project and the parcel of land destined for the housing estate, however the board has not yet came to a decision in this matter”

Industrial Park of Euro-Centrum fully leased

The Industrial Park of Euro-Centrum, a complex of buildings offering offices, exhibition and convention areas located at 103 Ligocka St., won three new tenants. Consequently, the office spaces of the Park are now 100 percent leased.

The three new tenants are OTTIMA Plus operating on the renewable energy sources’ market, an Austrian consulting company UNICONSULT U.G., and Incuvo – an IT firm.

The total office spaces’ area of the Park covers 21 000 sq. meters.
