A subsidiary of Reinhold Polska – developer of the Reinhold Center office building – was obliged to sell a property located at 138 Korfantego Av. The property consists of six plots bordering the Center. Previously, Reinhold has been planning to build there next stages of the office complex.

The UCEES architectural studio from Kraków was contracted to prepare a project of the “Ceglana” Medical Center. The undertaking is planned by Geo Group, a real estate developer.
The facility will be located in the area of Ceglana and Wita Stwosza streets. A plot destined for the investment covers 2,3 ha. The complex of a hospital and a health center will total a usable space of 16 500 sq. meters.
Echo Investment, a Polish commercial real estate developer, is looking for a prime contractor of the first building of the office complex planned on Francuska St.
The first stage of the project involves works on the seven-storey facility covering a total area of 12 000 sq. meters of which 9 000 sq. meters are designed for leasable office spaces. There will also be built a car park for 158 vehicles.
The “Sustainable design – the need for integrated design” seminar took place in Euro-Centrum on Tuesday. The event was held within a nationwide series of seminars combined with workshops. The practical part was lead by Konior Studio and Buro Happold.

The Scientific Information Center and Academic Library (SICAL) is progressively preparing for the grand opening. The building commissioned in July last year, now is being provided with furnitures and waits for the first volumes of books to be shelved on the new stands.
The SICAL and all the equipment, including furnitures and computers, will be a home of hundred thousands of books, magazines, documents, databases, electronic texts, audiovisual materials and other multimedia.
