Three new brands have joined the tenants list of Silesia City Center (SCC). Two shops will be opened in August within a re-commercialization process, the third one is a new brand entering the shopping center.
The list includes Italian clothing brand, Unisiono. It was established in 2008 and offers clothes and accessories. The shop will cover an area of 97,33 sq. meters. The second brand is Happy Mum that provides a wide range of maternity wear.
Buwog International, a subsidiary of Immofinanz Group responsible for the third stage of the Oak Terraces („Dębowe Tarasy”) housing estate, is now offering a closed housing escrow account to its clients. The trust deposit is being kept by BRE Bank Hipoteczny on behalf of the developer.
The developer claims it is most probably the only one escrow account established within a housing investment being conducted in the Silesia region at present.

T-Systems, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, has opened its first own data center in Poland. The new center is located in Katowice in 3Services Factory.

Millenium Inwestycje is conducting outfitting works on the sport center being erected within “Bażantowo” – the housing estate located in the Kostuchna district. Three new buildings of the complex will comprise approximately 10 000 sq. meters enabling to make different types of sport and leisure activities within the one location. It will be the first place of this type in Katowice.
The first facility of the center consists of a tennis hall with three courts, bowling club and an underground car park for 46 vehicles.
