Appeal approved for ICC bidding procedure

The consortium of Warbud and Merkury Engineering won an appeal against the decision of the City Hall to choose the offer of NDI, Balzola and WHD as the winning bid for the completion of works on the International Convention Center (ICC).

Warbud and Merkury Engineering had appealed the decision a few weeks ago and the National Appeal Chamber approved the complaint on Tuesday. The NAC ordered the City Hall to annul the decision and to evaluate the tenders once again.

Rezydencje Bałtycka – luxury in Panewniki

Goeppert-Mayer welcomed two new tenants

The Upper Silesian Industrial Park (GPP) has recently secured another tenants in its first office building erected within GPP Business Park. Offices of the two firms will cover a total area of 1 100 sq. meters.

The agreement was signed with Tax Care which provides accounting and financial consulting solutions, mostly for small and medium-sized companies. The firm will occupy 565 sq. meters in the Goeppert-Mayer building.

Altus gets no bids

Friday, 22nd of March, was the last day to enter bids at public auction for the sale of Altus. According to the wnp.pl portal, there were no bidders willing to buy the high-rise building.

Altus is owned by Reliz, a subsidiary of Kredyt Bank. The owner was declared bankrupt last year by liquidation of all its assets. A liquidator of Reliz had put Altus up for sale in February and estimated the initial price at PLN 260,2 million.
