The IMB Asymetria architectural studio from Kraków prepares a detailed design of the refurbishment of the 3 Stawy shopping center. The project was ordered by Apsys Group, the mall’s manager.
Within the revamp, the 40 000 sq. meters building will get new entrances, lighting, floors and small architecture. The works are scheduled to be kicked-off in spring 2014 with the completion in summer the same year. The investor is now looking for a prime contractor of the refurbishment. There are no plans to enlarge the center within the works.
The 3 Stawy shopping mall, located at 60 Pułaskiego St., is owned by Union Investment Real Estate AG. In October 2011, the center was awarded Poland’s first Breeam In-Use certificate.
