Secus Property SA obtained a valid building permit for an office development on Piaskowa St. in the Zawodzie district. The plot is localised near a road juction of Roździeńskiego – Murckowska – Bagienna streets. About 13 000 sq. m of B+ class office space will be delivered to the market within this project.
According to Artur Wnuk, CEO of Secus Property SA, a growing demand of modern office space in Katowice determined the decision about development. The company is now looking for financial support to cover the investment budget. Construction works will be launched when the negotiation with financial institutions are finished and first pre-let agreements are secured.
