Activ Investment started the sale of apartments to be erected within the third stage of „4 Wieże” (4 Towers). Also, the company is preparing to launch its new housing scheme in Katowice.

„4 Wieże” are being built on Chorzowska St., opposite the Silesian Park. The first building of the housing complex was put at inhabitants disposal in 2014. The offer was sold out. The second tower is currently under construction and will be delivered by the end of this year. „Only 26 out of 128 apartments are still available for sale in the second stage. Due to the strong interest in our offer, we decided to start the sale of the next stage of the investment” – said Monika Wilk-Dzieciaszek, sales director of the Activ Investment’s Katowice branch.
Works on the third stage – tower C – are expected to be commenced in July 2015 and will be finished in the first half of 2017. „The area of the 132 apartments ranges from 19,85 to 100,73 sq. meters. Price per one square meter ranges from PLN 4 500 to 4 900. The offer mainly includes one- or two-room apartments, which are the most popular among purchasers” – added Monika Kudełko from the Activ Investment’s marketing department.
4 Towers will consist of four 17-storey buildings, a car park for 640 vehicles situated on the levels -1, 0 and +1, as well as commercial spaces covering the area of 6 500 sq. meters. The „Piotr i Paweł” supermarket will be opened in the tower B.
Also, Activ Investment is preparing to commence the sale of its newest Katowice project to be located on Karoliny St. The developer wants to erect five low-rise buildings with an underground car park. More details about the project should be known this month.
