The Upper Silesian Industrial Park delivered Alder, the third building built within GPP Business Park.
The building was named after Kurt Alder, the Nobel Prize winner born in the Upper Silesia region. The building offers approximately 6 600 sq. meters of office space for lease. The first tenant of Alder is Teleperformance, which has leased 2 300 sq. meters for its center of technical and IT support for external clients. The company moved in to the building at the end of October.
Alder was equipped with all the technical solutions and amenities that are a standard for this class of buildings – air conditioning, raised floors, suspended ceilings, smoke detectors, fiber optics, operable windows and BMS. All the three A-class office buildings use trigeneration system that enables production of electricity, heating and cooling from natural gas. Spec Bau was the prime contractor of construction works.
GPP Business Park is located in the north of Katowice, at 33 Konduktorska St., within the area of the Katowice Special Economic Zone. Amongs tenants of the office complex are: ABB, Ericsson, Cadence, ING Services Polska, Epstim, Tax Care, Knight Frank, a kindergarten and others.
