The cash will be designated for financing and refinancing of the investment process of the residential scheme to be erected on Pułaskiego St. The loan will be secured by a total contractual mortgage amounting to PLN 38,4 million, which was established on the right of perpetual usufruct of the investment land.

The property on Pułaskiego St. was purchased by HM Inwest from Reinhold Polska in January 2014. The construction plot is located east from the „Polski Koks” seat. There will be 141 apartments in the nine-storey building and a one-storey car park situated under the ground. All the housing units will be featured by balconies or terraces. Service and shop premises were designed at the ground floor. The architectural design of the building was prepared by the „Agawa Architektura Agnieszka Ciołkowska” studio from Warsaw.

Last year, the developer expected to obtain the bank financing and to launch the construction work on the building by the end of 2014. According to the latest statement, HM Inwest is now deciding on a prime contractor to be responsible for the works. The decision should be made in the weeks to come.
