Alterco, a property developer, is going to acquire 51% shares of the “Diamentowe Wzgórze” company (Diamond Hill) for PLN 12,5 million and plans a joint investment in Katowice together with other participants of the company.
The contract is singed between Alterco and two companies – Pamrot Properties Ltd. and Acero. The contracting parties intend to carry out an investment at 10ha plot located on Pszczyńska St. of which Acero is a perpetual user.
Alterco is an investment and advisory company operating on the real estate market. Investments being run and managed by the Group Alterco are mainly located in large urban areas and their nearest surroundings as well as attractive tourist and leisure areas.
