Altus gets no bids

Friday, 22nd of March, was the last day to enter bids at public auction for the sale of Altus. According to the wnp.pl portal, there were no bidders willing to buy the high-rise building.

Altus is owned by Reliz, a subsidiary of Kredyt Bank. The owner was declared bankrupt last year by liquidation of all its assets. A liquidator of Reliz had put Altus up for sale in February and estimated the initial price at PLN 260,2 million.

The liquidator told to the portal, that the new auction can be issued on a changed basis in two or three weeks. Opening of the bids would then take place in the second half of May.

Altus was opened in 2004 at 13 Uniwersytecka St. It is the A-class 32-storey (including 3 underground storeys) mixed-use building which offers 66 000 sq. meters of total space and 15 220 sq. meters of office space to let.
