Atal puts on the market the fourth stage of its Katowice housing project, Francuska Park. The offer includes 53 new apartments in one building. It is the tenth facility being erected within the residential scheme.
The estate is located at the junction of Francuska and Lotnisko streets. The apartments of the latest stage range from 41 to 100 sq. meters. Prices start from PLN 5 400 per one square meter and PLN 5 600 for the top floor units. Construction works were commenced in October 2015. The developer expects to put apartments at inhabitants disposal in the second quarter of 2017.
Additionally, there will be 16 garages at the ground floor and 42 ground parking spaces in front of the building. 6 retail and service units (from 27 to 81 sq. meters) were also designed.
“The fourth stage of Francuska Park is our response to the customers needs and their vivid interest in our project. We sold 184 apartments between January and the end of August this year. It is 33 percent more that in the entire year 2015” – commented Mateusz Juroszek, deputy chairman of Atal.
The Francuska Park project was divided into four stages. There will be 739 apartments in 10 buildings in total. The first and the second stage have already been commissioned for use. The third one is underway and will be delivered in the first quarter of 2017. The architectural design of the estate was prepared by Wojciech Wojciechowski.
