As it was said, works on the second phase of Francuska Park were just kicked-off. At present, builders lay foundations of the six buildings and erect the underground car park.

The construction work on the three facilities of the first stage are much more advanced, and one of the buildings – the lowerst one – was already topped out and windows are being fitted. 236 apartments will be raised within the phase. „We expect to deliver the first stage of the housing estate in the second quarter of 2015, while the second stage should be completed in the first quarter of 2016, at the latest” – stated Paweł Rabantek, public relations consultant of Atal management.

The Francuska Park housing esate is being built at 84 Francuska St. close to the Three Ponds Valley and the „3 Stawy” shopping center.
