Atal summed up its apartments sales in 2012. In Katowice, the developer sold 68 apartments in the Ligota Park scheme.
This is the first housing project of the company in the City. The number of sold apartments is accounted for 16 percent of the project’s whole offer. Ligota Park is situated on Orkana St. and was officially delivered in February 2011. About 12 percent of the offer is still on the market – 50 apartments out of the total number of 415. Buildings 1 and 4 are already sold out. The estate consists of eight buildings. Prices currently start at gross PLN 4 400.
In total, Atal sold 785 apartments in eight projects across Poland last year. The sale grew by 50 percent in comparison to 2011.
