Two firms have joined the list of tenants in the Atrium office building. The newly leased space covers approximately 850 sq. meters.
The first tenant is Getin Noble Bank S.A. This Polish bank listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange occupies 450 sq. meters. The second firm is Ergo Hestia, an insurance company, that has rented 400 sq. meters.
The 9-storey building (including two floors under the ground) was delivered in mid-2009. The 12 600 sq. meters of office space is now 88% leased. Atrium offers 170 parking places in an underground car park. The building is located at 54 Graniczna St.
Atrium is also a seat of such companies as Capgemini, PZU, Deutche Bank, Doosan Babcock Energy and Medicover.
