BD Inwestor is about to start its new housing investment. The company will build 40 apartments in the district of Piotrowice.
All the housing units will be located in one 7-storey building, including two floors designed as a car park. The area of the apartments will range from 34,4 to 84,9 sq. meters. The price per one square meter amounts to PLN 4 500. Almost all the units are available to be purchased within the governmental programme Apartment for the Youth („Mieszkanie dla Młodych”). Customers can choose from 2- or 3-room apartments with terraces or balconies. The property is situated on Sobocińskiego St. with a direct access to Kościuszki St.
The investor holds a valid building permit and expects that the construction work will be kicked-off in April. The Osior company will be responsible for the development process as a prime contractor. The building is scheduled to be delivered in the third quarter of 2016.
BD Inwestor has been involved in several housing projects in Katowice: Wincentego Pola 32A, Żeromskiego 5, Franciszkańska 28 (Borsall Apartments). Also, the company has conducted a renewal and renovation of following buildings located in the center of the City, e.g.: Powstańców 10, Pocztowa 10, Mariacka 4-6.
