A4 Business Park, the A class office building which is being developed on Francuska St. by Echo Investment, has obtained a BREEAM Interim certificate with a “very good” grade and a high score of 64.62 pct.
“I am very happy with such a high evaluation of our project in Katowice. We received a very good score at the Interim stage. We will do our best to confirm it in the Final BREEAM Certificate evaluation” – says Igor Grabiwoda, director of the Team of Architects of the Office and Hotel Department at Echo Investment. The certification process of A4 Business Park is run by the Grontmij company.
The 31 000 sq. meters office complex is being built at the junction of Francuska and Damrota streets. The project is being carried out in stages. In the first stage the investor already redeveloped the traffic layout and is constructing the first of the three buildings, which will cover an area of 9 000 sq. meters. The building will have 7 floors and 153 parking spaces at users disposal. Its completion is planned for Q1 2014.
The contractor of the shell of the first building is Remax Construct. Architecture and design of the project was created by the DDJM studio from Kraków. The next stages will comprise two office buildings and a stand-alone multi-storey car park.
