Activ Investment has commenced the investment process on the second building of its residential project called 4 Towers and situated on the „Tysiąclecia” housing estate. The construction work are being conducted by Katowice-based Dombud, as it was in the case of the first stage of the project.
4 Towers will consist of four 15-floor housing buildings raised on a common 2-floor footing. The ground floor area of each of the footings is designed for retail and service purposes (from 1 300 to 2 000 sq. meters each). Car parks are located at the „-1” and „1” levels. The total number of apartment in 4 Towers is 550.
There will be 127 apartments in the second tower. The sale have been already started. The housing area ranges from 23 to 130 sq. meters. Almost half of the offer (60 units) will be 2-room apartments (from 38 to 55 sq. meters), which are the most popular amongst buyers. Prices start at PLN 4 500 per one square meter.
The commercial space of the ground level totals 2 000 sq. meters. „We have already signed a pre-let agreement with „Piotr i Paweł” for 10 years. The supermarket chain’s store will cover the area of 1 400 sq. meters” – said Jerzy Kłeczek, marketing and public relations specialist at Activ Investment. The building will be delivered in the last quarter of 2015.
In the meantime, the developer is preparing for the delivery of the first tower which should be put at inhabitants disposal by the end of this year. There are 124 apartments of which only a few is still for sale. „Now we are concluding the construction process of the first building where the apartments were sold very quickly” – commented Monika Wilk – Dzieciaszek, sales director at Activ Investment.
