Construction crews contracted by the Holdimex developer have finished the two underground storeys of the residential facilities located on Wróbli St. Consequently, the works have reached the ground level.
The two buildings are being built within the next stage of the “Brynów II” housing complex. The new development comprises about 70 one or two-floor apartments covering an area between 40 and 100 sq. meters and a car park for almost 100 vehicles. The residential facilities will raise the fifth storey and will feature an additional attic floor.
The building are to be put at inhabitants disposal in the last quarter of 2013.
