BZ WBK will take over Reinhold Center
Bank Zachodni WBK has terminated the agreement on repayment of Reinhold Polska’s amounts due. As a result, a subsidiary of Reinhold will submit a bankruptcy petition open to composition agreements and the bank will take over the Reinhold Center office building in insolvency proceeding.

Reinhold obliged to sell property on Korfantego Av.
A subsidiary of Reinhold Polska – developer of the Reinhold Center office building – was obliged to sell a property located at 138 Korfantego Av. The property consists of six plots bordering the Center. Previously, Reinhold has been planning to build there next stages of the office complex.

Reinhold Center still unsold
On 31st of May 2011, Reinhold Polska Project 4 Sp. z o.o. – a subsidiary of Reinhold Polska AB – and PKP Cargo S.A. had concluded a conditional preliminary sale agreement on selling the Reinhold Center office complex located at 138 Korfantego Av. in Katowice. The Management Board of Reinhold Polska informed that due to the non fulfillment of the condition precedent of the agreement, the final contract has not been signed by the parties on 23rd of December 2011, as it was agreed.
PKP Cargo is to buy Reinhold Center
The Board of directors of Reinhold Polska AB (Reinhold Polska) informed in a statement that on 31st of May 2011, Reinhold Polska Project 4 Sp. z o.o., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company has concluded an initial agreement to sell the existing Reinhold Center office building located at 138 Korfantego Street together with land for parking to PKP Cargo S.A. with its …
