The Ministry of Treasury put up for sale “Centrum Biurowe Plac Grunwaldzki” (Grunwaldzki Square Office Center). This is another attempt to sale the building.
This time the starting price for the stake of 187 000 shares is PLN 16,5 million. The public auction will be conducted in an oral form. The minimum bid increment for the entire stake of 187 000 shares is PLN 100 000.
The auction will be held on 23rd of May 2013 in the Ministry of Treasury’s seat in Warsaw. Auction applications should be submitted by 21st of May.
The building is located in the City Center at 8-10 Grunwaldzki Sq. between Korfantego Av. and Sokolska St. within an easy reach the “Spodek” sport and exhibition hall. It was designed by the architect Janusz Ballenstedt and was built at the beginning of fifties of the last century.
The facility offers approximately 13 500 sq. meters of office space over seven storeys (plus one underground floor for services and manufacturing companies).
