Fortress Invest attracted a new tenant for its Tetris Office Center. IB Systems moved to the lower building of the office complex.
IB Systems is a subsidiary of Introl Group. The company design and provides services in the area of measurement and automation systems in intelligent facilities. The solutions are mostly implemented in shopping centers, office, public utility and industrial buildings.
Tetris Office Center is located at 188C Roździeńskiego Av. It is composed of two office buildings offering approximately 6 000 sq. meters of rentable space in total. Tenants can choose from open space and cabinet arrangement of the offices. The facility has recently been chosen by Elamed Media Group, Symeo and abas business solutions Poland.
