Rentable floor area on a typical floor amounts to 1 832 sq. meters where open-plan layout allows for individual arrangement of office space. Tenants will have four passengers lifts and one firefighting lift at their disposal as well as 111 parking places. The office facility will be equipped with a building management system, air-conditioning and heating based on four-pipe fan coil units, individual regulation of temperature and ventilation rate, raised floors and suspended ceilings, among others.
