A new three-day event is planned to be held in the International Convention Center (ICC) in autumn this year. Forum for Freedom and Growth will take place between 28th and 30th of October.
According to the organizers, the Forum for Freedom and Growth is a pioneering civil project, which brings together representatives of political, business and legal environments. Its purpose is to identify, from the perspective of freedom and growth, the best legal solutions among the legal regulations binding 21 countries of the Central and Eastern Europe region.
The project focuses on a chosen group of issues for which legal regulation is crucial to the economic development of the region. The organizers expect about 2 000 guests.
During the congress, the participants of specialized discussion panels, i.e. politicians, businessmen and lawyers, will analyze the most problematic matters, which are the subjects of the research. The speakers will attempt to identify and articulate the most socially desirable solutions and determine the political conditions and feasibility of their implementation in particular countries participating in the forum. Main topics involves investment, law and justice, taxes, economy, innovation and local government.
The congress is co-organized by the City of Katowice, National Chamber of Commerce („Krajowa Izba Gospodarcza”) and Law 4 Growth („Prawo dla Rozwoju”).
