TDJ Estate has already sold 80 percent of apartments being erected within the second stage of Franciszkańskie housing estate. The good sales result encouraged the developer to launch the third phase of the scheme.
Six new one-segment buildings will be delivered within the third stage. 7-storey facilities (including one underground level as a car park) will house 246 apartments with the area ranging from 26 to 96 sq. meters. The sale of these housing units were started in mid-April. 58 apartments have been already reserved.
TDJ Estate finished a tender procedure to select a prime contractor and ground works are expected to be commenced by the end of this month. Once again RE-Bau won the competition and was contracted to conduct the works, which are scheduled to be done in the turn of the third and fourth quarter of 2017.
The first stage of Franciszkańskie was commissioned for use in June last year (95 apartments in one two-segment building). The second phase (192 apartments in two two-segment buildings) is now under construction. The second stage’s apartments have been on sale since almost a year. 148 units were sold, 25 are reserved. 19 apartments are still available.
The Franciszkańskie housing estate is being built on Kijowska St. in the Ligota district. 1 300 apartments is planned to be erected within the project.
