Activ Investment launched a second stage of its second housing project in Katowice. Works were started on a 5-storey building situated on Karoliny St. in the Bogucice district.
The facility is being erected within the Osiedle Karoliny undertaking. It is the second Katowice project of the Kraków-based developer – the company also responsible for 4 Wieże (4 Towers) on Chorzowska St.
The Karoliny estate will consist of five buildings. The first stage is going to be finished in the second quarter this year and will house 44 apartments, which were already sold.
49 apartments are offered within the second stage, of which 20 were sold. The housing units area ranges between 25 and 62 square meters. Prices start from PLN 4 500 per one square meter. At present, foundations are being laid and the building is expected to be finished in the second quarter of 2018.
The state will feature underground parking spaces. The construction work is being executed by Construct from Kraków. Peter Podstawski is an architect of Osiedle Karoliny.
