Construction works on the first building of office park located in the area of the Upper Silesian Industrial Park (GPP) were started in December last year. Recently, a construction crew erected first two levels and the building is raising. Already two tower cranes work at the construction site.
The building is supposed to be ready in the turn of 2011 and 2012. It will cover approximately 7 500 sq. meters of office space for rent. Budus S.A. is a prime contractor of the project. The office building is located at 39 Konduktorska St. in the northern part of the City within a close and easy reach to Korfantego Av and Reinhold Center.
