Cushman & Wakefield opened regional office in Katowice

Cushman & Wakefield, one of the leading global real estate advisors, opened its regional office in Katowice. This is part of the company’s strategy which wants to be more and more engaged in regional markets in Poland.

The real estate advisors brokered leasing agreements of over 74 300 sq. meters of office space in the Polish regional cities since the beginning of this year. Over 20 000 sq. meters of this volume was leased in Katowice. The largest deals were mostly signed for the lease of offices located in Altus and Katowice Business Point.

To strengthen its position in Katowice, the company located here its regional office. The branch was opened in the Altus building in the second half of this year. The C&W agents are already engaged in negotiations of new deals. „Soon we will be able to announce three following leasing transactions to be secured at the Katowice office market” – said Luiza Jurgiel-Żyła from the press office of Cushman & Wakefield.

In June 2015, the company was appointed manager of Katowice Business Point. Cushman & Wakefield is also responsible for commercialization of Galeria Katowicka.
