27 apartments of the third stage of „Dębowe Tarasy” (Oak Terraces) are now offered within the government’s Apartments for Youth (MdM, „Mieszkanie dla młodych”) financial support programme.
„Modern apartments located in the center of Katowice were practically unavailable within the „MdM” programme. The flats that financing is available for are located far from centers of large cities. We decided to change the tendency and we have selected apartments, which perform conditions of the financial support” – says Angelika Cholewka, sales manager of third stage of „Dębowe Tarasy”.
The chosen housing units are three- or four-room apartments with the area ranging from 65 to 79 sq. meters. The offer is being promoted by a new advertising campaign launched by Immofinanz Group, the investor and developer of the housing estate.
The third stage of the residential estate was delivered in June 2014 and comprises of two 5-storey buildings and one 11-storey building with one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments covering the area from 26 to 110 sq. meters. About two-third of the offer was already sold. The estate is located on Johna Baildona St. opposite Silesia City Center.
