Three companies operating on the Polish housing market are now engaged in residential schemes in the Three Ponds Valley. Construction plots are located only several hundred meters far apart or even less.
The most advanced project is the Okam Capital’s „Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów” (House in the Three Ponds Valey). Hochtief, a prime contractor of the undertaking, now erects the second stage of the housing estate. There will be 56 apartments in one seven-storey building. The project is located at Sikorskiego St.
Less than one hundred meters west from the Okam Capital’s site, HM Inwest raises its second Katowice housing project. All of 150 apartments will be destined for rent within a rental housing fund managed by Poland’s state-owned bank BGK (Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego). Eiffage Polska Budownictwo is responsible for the construction work. The nine-storey building will be situated on Pułaskiego St.
Several hundred meters north, at the same street, JHM Development is involved in its first Katowice project – „Twoja Dolina”. The first two buildings (eight and nine storey) will house 196 apartments. Mirbud is a prime contractor of the undertaking. Both companies are part of Mirbud Group.
All the three projects are expected to be delivered by the end of the next year.
