HM Inwest and JHM Development have started preparatory works on its housing projects to be located in the area of the Three Ponds Valley („Dolina Trzech Stawów”).
Both developers started to fence the construction plots and first building machinery appeared at the sites. The housing scheme of HM Inwest will be built on Pułaskiego St. between the „Polski Koks” headquarters and the „Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów” housing estate. In the middle of March, the Warsaw-seated developer informed that it had signed an agreement with Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, which will be responsible for the constrution work. The prime contractor will earn PLN 24,1 million and is obliged to finish the works by October 2016, according to the contract.
The nine-storey building will house 141 apartments, a ground floor designed for commercial purposes and a one-storey car park situated under the ground. The architectural design of the building was prepared by the „Agawa Architektura Agnieszka Ciołkowska” studio from Warsaw.
Several hundred meters north from the HM Inwest’s site, JHM Development is preparing to launch the first stage of its first Katowice project – „Twoja Dolina” (Your Valley). Two out of four buildings will be erected in the first instance. There will be 134 apartments and 8 commercial premises in the nine-storey building and 62 apartments and 1 commercial premise in the eight-storey building. A one-storey car park will be built under the ground. Over 300 housing units are planned within the four buildings.
The first two buildings will be located at 17-19 Pułaskiego St. The architectural design of „Twoja Dolina” was prepared by Arkat Dieter Paleta studio from Katowice. The housing estate will be erected by Mirbud, of which JHM Development is a subsidiary company. Both firms are based in Skierniewice, Poland.
Official sale and prices of the apartments, which are offered within the both projects, are expected to be released very soon.
