Prime contractor of the A4 Business Park’s first stage have finished concrete works on the building which is developed by Echo Investment. The open shell stage is now completed and elevation works are being currently carried out.
“The topping out of the building took place at the end of May as it was previously planned. At present, installation works inside the facility have been already started, windows frames and elevation are being mounted as well. The development process runs according to schedule. The delivery date of the building does not change and it set to Q1 2014” – said Wojciech Gepner, public relations manager at Echo Investment.
A4 Business Park consists of three buildings and a multi-storey car park. In the first stage the investor redeveloped the traffic layout and is now constructing the first of the three buildings, which will have an area of 9 000 sq. meters. The office facility will have 7 floors and its users will have 153 parking spaces at their disposal.
