Echo Investment got building permit for office scheme on Francuska

Echo Investment S.A. has obtained a building permit for construction of an office complex planned by the developer near the crossroads of Górnośląska (part of the “A4” motorway) and Francuska streets.

“We have obtained two building permits concerning a road system and a first stage of the office project on Francuska Street. Our next step will be to commence proceedings and to appoint a prime contractor. Depending on course of the proceedings, we plan to launch the first stage of the investment in the second quarter of 2012” – says Waldemar Lesiak, Director of the Office and Hotel Department at Echo Investment S.A. Also, Echo owns a land on Kościuszki Street which was purchased by the company in 2010. This area of 54 000 sq. meters will be used to construct a shopping and entertainment center with a leasable area of approximately 50 000 sq. meters. The Study of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Development is currently being developed for the area where the property is located.
