Echo Investment is preparing to launch its first retail scheme in Katowice. Echo Katowice will be located in the junction of Kościuszki and Kolejowa St. While the designing work goes on, the developer has released a video presenting an interior model of the shopping center.
Echo Investment did not disclose the exact date when the construction work would be commenced. A building permit has not yet been given for the undertaking and the company plans to file a motion for the permit in the second quarter of 2016.
