Echo Investment is preparing to launch the first stage of its office project on Francuska St. The surrounding road infrastructure is to be built in the first instance.
According to the developer, works on the new road system within the future office complex will be started in the second half of June this year. “A prime contractor of the first building will be chosen in the third quarter of 2012. We plan to kick-off the construction work in the last quarter. Works will take 16 months” – explains Wojciech Gepner, press spokesman of Echo Investment.
The office complex on Francuska will consist of three office buildings and a car park. The first stage of the project involves works on the seven-storey facility covering a total area of 12 000 sq. meters of which 9 000 sq. meters are designed for leasable office spaces. There will also be built a car park for 158 vehicles.
