Echo Investment presented its newest retail scheme to be erected in Katowice. The presentation of “Galeria Echo Katowice” took place in Warsaw on Tuesday.
According to the developer, “Echo Katowice” was designed as a project that performs certain community functions. It will be built in the in the junction of Kolejowa and Kościuszki street on a post industrial site.
The building is characterized by many glazed panels and a monumental wall of glass storefronts at the main entrance ensuring access of natural light.
There will be two storeys of retail and one storey of entertainment area. One of the anchor tenants is the Helios cinema chain, which will open a 7-screen multiplex in the mall. In total, 150 commercial units will be located in the building offering 42 000 sq. meters of usable space.
Echo launched a dedicated web page of the project at www.echokatowice.pl. However, the company has not yet decided, if “Echo Katowice” is the final name of the scheme.
