Eiffage commenced works on Brema

The Brema company appointed Eiiffage Polska Budownictwo to conduct construction works on an office building. The new facility called Brema – as is the company name – will be delivered next spring.

The works have been already commenced. The building is being erected on Roździeńskiego Av. close to the „Dąbrówka” shopping mall. The second building of Tetris Office Center was recently delivered in the same area at 188C Roździeńskiego Av.

Brema will cover the total space of 11 620 sq. meters, of which 6 150 sq. meters will be destined for offices. The building is now 70% pre-leased. The anchor tenant is the BPSC company, which will move its headquarters from Chorzów to Katowice. For over 25 years the firm has been creating IT management systems for enterprises including resources planning systems.

There will be six storeys in the building and a one underground level to be used as a parking for 118 vehicles. Additional 56 parking places will be prepared on the ground. A small terrace will be created at the Brema’s roof. An energy-efficient system is to be applied in the building to provide most modern heating and cooling solutions for tenants. The architecture project was prepared by Wojciech Wojciechowski from Katowice.

The Brema company is based in Katowice as well and is known for the realization of Brynów Office, apartment building at 177 Kościuszki St. and a new facility of the Emila Michałowskiego Hospital on Strzelecka St.
