Remax Construct finished works on the shell of the A4 Business Park’s second stage last month. Now the building is being covered with elevation.
The second building of the office park reached its highest point – the technical floor – in the middle of May. Now the prime contractor is fitting windows and the stone elevation is being laid. Also, installation works are being executed in the interiors.
The second stage of the project involves the construction of the 10-storey building with an office area of approximately 9000 sq. meters and an above-ground 9-storey car park offering 560 spaces. The parking facility was delivered at the beginning April this year together with the official opening of the IBM’s Global Serice Delivery Center which is located in the first building of the complex.
The completion of the second office building is planned for the turn of Q3 and Q4 2014. The Echo Investment’s project is being erected in the junction of Francuska and Damrota streets.
