Energomontaż-Południe puts up the „Książęce” housing estate for sale once again. This time the company sells apartments separately instead of the entire housing complex.

Energomontaż-Południe has been trying to sell „Książęce” two times. Both tender procedures were fallen flat. Now the company puts 182 unsold apartments out to tender (in total, there are 220 apartments in 22 buildings). Buyers will acquire not only the housing unit but also a parking place, storage room and shares of the right of perpetual usufruct of land on which the estate was built.

An initial price of each of the apartments amounts to 100 percent of price assessment excluding VAT. If tenderer is interested in more than one of the housing units, separate bids for each of the apartments have to be entered. Bids have to be made in three weeks since the tender announcement has been published.

The estate is located on Piotrowicka St. and was designed by the architectural studio of AiR Jurkowscy. Apartments’ floor areas range from 43 to 86 sq. meters. Small gardens of 36 to 43 sq. meters were set out for the ground level apartments, while spacious terraces (up to 23 sq. meters), winter gardens or 20 sq. meters roof top patios features the apartments at higher floors.

„Książęce” was exposed for sale because of the bankruptcy by liquidation declared by Energomontaż-Południe in 2013.
