CMC “Geo Projekt 2”, a subsidiary of Geo Group from Kraków, signed a contract with Erbud for the construction of a multidisciplinary hospital. The total worth of the contract amounts to PLN 81,6 million.
The building will be located in the area of Ceglana and Wita Stwosza streets. The construction work will take 2 years and 5 months starting from the 19th of July 2013. According to the agreement, Erbud will have the right of withdrawal from the contract, if the investor does not acquire funds to finance the investment by the 30th of August this year.
Last year, Geo informed that the medical complex consisting of a hospital and a health center will cover a usable space of 19 000 sq. meters. The facilities will be accompanied by a hotel to be put at disposal of patients and medical training participants. The building will be constructed on a 2,3 ha plot.
Erbud was recently engaged in the construction work on the Didactics and Medical Simulation Center and the extension of Silesia City Center.
Geo Group was established in 1988 in Kraków. The company is known for housing development projects. In Katowice, the firm has delivered the first stage of the Atrium Geo housing scheme located on Rolna St.
