EEC 2015 in 60 days. Registration opened

60 days left to inaugurate the seventh edition of the European Economic Congress (EEC) in Katowice. Reistration for participants has just been opened.

The event will be held between 20th and 22nd of April 2015. Participation in the EEC is free of charge, however only registered participants, to be confirmed by the organizer, will be allowed to attend the congress. The registration is opened until 15th of April.

The leading topics and issues of this largest business meeting in Central and Eastern Europe will include: a debate under the heading „EUR 300 billion for the new Europe – The large-scale investment programme of the European Union”, as well as debates on: the role of the state in the economy, the innovative Europe, challenges of the global economy, and new markets and new directions. There will also be an exchange of views and experience in the areas concerning industry and climate, as well as corporate social responsibility and the young participants in the European labour market.

Also, following topics were included in the agenda: energy and raw materials, infrastructure, transport, technologies and humans, mining and the steel industry, the health market, construction and real property, investments, regional policy, management, the city, self-government, and the leisure industry.

During the 7th European Economic Congress, global topics will assume the form of debates and special accompanying meetings. The above will include: the 3rd Africa – Central Europe Economic Cooperation Forum and the 4th Europe – China Economic Forum, as well as Poland – Japan economic meetings and the annual Polish-Czech Economic Meeting.

The organizer has not yet revealed, if the congress is to be held in the newly built International Convention Center.
