Exland continues an expansion of the residential project on Koszykowa St. in the “Panewniki” district. After delivering the second phase in February this year, the company has started to erect the third stage of the development.
Within the stage, Exland will build 50 apartments in two four-storey buildings. Works have been already commenced. The estate is gated and features underground parking places. A total area of the apartments ranges from 28 to 67 sq. meters. Price per one square meter amounts to PLN 3 900.
The Koszykowa project consists of 80 apartments in five buildings already built within the previous two stages. Exland has also delivered several housing facilities on Owsiana, Panewnicka, Łąkowa and Partyzantów streets. All the developments are located in Katowice.
