Grimbud has finished the shell of three housing buildings being built within the first stage of Francuska Park. The company conducts the works under a contract with Atal, a developer of the estate.
Windows, inside bricklaying, roofs and terraces are almost finished. Also, electric wiring, sewerage system, ventilation and other outfitting in the interiors are about 90% done. Advanced works are being conducted on elevations, which are made of alder boards, granite, decorative laminates plates and fiber-cement boards, among others.
237 housing units are offered for sale within the first stage of the estate. 33 apartments were sold. Prices have recently been reduced and now start from PLN 5 400 per one square meter. The first stage is expected to be delivered by the end of H1 2015. Works on the second stage are also being executed at present.
The Francuska Park housing estate is being built at 84 Francuska St. close to the Three Ponds Valley and the „3 Stawy” shopping center. In total, there will be 655 apartments ranging from 30 to 124 sq. meters. The nine buildings will reach from 5 to 9 storey. The architectural design was prepared by Wojciech Wojciechowski and is characterized by cascading layout and natural materials to be used on the elevation.
