The last building of the Oak Terrace’s third stage is almost done. Immofinanz Group expects to deliver the stage of the housing estate in the weeks to come.
The 11-storey building was topped out last year in May. Now, final outfitting of the residential facility is underway. The architecture is characterized by cascade layout with terraces and two-level underground car park. There are 217 apartments with one, two, three or four rooms, which have areas from 26 to 109 sq. meters and one top-floor penthouse of 212 sq. meters.
In February this year, occupancy permit was given for the first two 5-storey buildings of the third stage. There are 50 apartments in each of the residential facilities. Inhabitants already move in.
The estate is located on Johna Baildona St. 509 apartments were already built within the first and the second stage of the investment. All buildings of „Dębowe Tarasy” are provided with underground car park, storage, lifts, terraces, gardens or balconies.
