Additional construction equipment and rain accelerated demolition works on the „DOKP” former building. Only a few weeks left to finish the demolition.
A north wing of the building was already tore down, works on the south wing are highly advanced. A removal of demolition waste was also intensified over the last days. „The rain reduced the amount of dust, what enables to work faster and to expand the scale of efforts. A tower crane used for the demolition of building’s higher floors will be dismantled in the days to come, thereby the works have to be halted at that time” – said Daniel Muc from the press office of TDJ Estate.
The demolition works were commenced in March this year and will be finished by the end of 2015. Carbo-Stal is responsible for the demolition.
