The first building of „Nowe Tysiąclecie” has been topped out. The developer has also commenced to excavate the foundation trenches within the second stage of the housing estate.
J.W. Construction, a developer of the project, commenced works on the first stage in February one year ago. Final beams were placed at the top of the 17-storey housing building last week. Now the construction crews finish concrete works at the roof. Brick works have also been commenced in the meantime. It is expected that the building shell will be done by the end of May this year. The first stage was scheduled for delivery in December 2015.
149 apartments with the area ranging from 30 to 128 sq. meters are buing built within the first stage of the undertaking. Prices start from PLN 4 700 per one square meter. The offer is about 40% sold.
Also, the earthworks were started at the site bordering the first building. The second stage will involve the development of a 17-storey twin tower.
In total, 573 apartments, 12 retail and service units as well as 166 storage rooms will be built in five buildings of „Nowe Tysiąclecie”. The housing estate is being erected on Tysiąclecia St.
