Krokbud has finished the shell of the Silesia Star’s first office building. The company were conducting the works on behalf of Budimex, a prime contractor of the undertaking.
The construction work on the office facility had been commenced in August last year. The 8-storey building – plus an underground level designed as a car park for 111 vehicles – was topped out last days. Also installations are being mounted inside and first slabs of concrete elevation were laid from the east side.
The „A” building of Silesia Star will cover 12 710 sq. meters of offices for lease and 1 030 sq. meters of retail spaces. The stage is scheduled to be delivered in the last quarter of 2014. The scheme is being erected on 10 Roździeńskiego Av.
LC Corp will pay Budimex net PLN 59,9 million for the execution of the works. The developer has recently obtained a bank loan from PKO BP to be spent for the project realization. The investment credit amounts up to PLN 62 million and up to PLN 3 million as a revolving credit facility related to financing the VAT of the investment.
